Public Private Partnership: Under this the Bel-Air Hospital received two Primary Health Centres at Tapola, Taldev & one Rural Hospital at Mahabaleshwar from Public Health Department, Government of Maharashtra.
Boat Ambulance: to reach out in remote areas and to provide medical facilities to the people the Bel-Air Hospital has introduced concept of Boat Ambulance.
Bel-Air & Emergency Service: Bel-Air through Indian Red Cross Society provides several emergency services especially during rains and floods in the Mahabaleshwar Taluka
Bel-Air & Public Service: To supply water to villagers all around the year the Bel-Air with help from donors has initiated a water project in which installation of pipeline and water tanks is done.

First aid training conducted for 100 bus attendants of Gokuldham and Yashodham High Schools under the umbrella of Goenka & Associates Educational Trust (GAET) in Mumbai over a series of workshops in June 2023 before start of new academic year.
Also 100 bus attendants of Vasant Vihar School and Thane Police School in Thane were trained in basic first aid in a series of workshops conducted by IRCS Maharashtra State Branch in June 2023.

Workshop on Comprehensive solutions for mental well being in association with MPower

On 31st May 2023 IRCS Maharashtra State Branch organised a workshop on “Comprehensive solutions for mental well being" in association with MPower an initiative of Aditya Birla Education Trust led by Mrs. Neerja Birla. Counsellors and clinical psychologists were present. Interactive awareness session which covered warning signals indicating when an individual should seek professional help. This will be part of the Maharashtra State preliminary initiative to promote in JRC/YRC units in Mumbai.

The other dignitaries present were Shri Santosh Kumar IAS, Principal Secretary to Governor, Shri Ruchesh Jaivanshi - Collector of Satara District, Shri Samir Shaikh Superintendent of Police Satara District, Shri Dnyaneshwar Khilari - CEO Zilla Parishad Satara and Fr Tomy Director, Bel Air Institutions and same was covered by local media Ekya and Punya Nagri.

World Red Cross Day celebrated on 8th May, 2023

Indian Red Cross Society and Youth Red Cross Wing Maharashtra State Branch celebrated World Red Cross Day on 8th May 2023 at Padma Shri Homi J.H. Taleyarkhan Memorial Hall, Fort, Mumbai. 70 youths from different Institutions and registered volunteers were invited for the Programme. The function started with the National Anthem followed by lighting the lamp. The first interactive session on "Leading With Empathy” was taken by Ms. Rochelle Aranha, India HR Manager, The Boston Consulting Group. She briefed highlighting how everyone is a leader in their own way and leadership characteristics can be subjective, so it is important to lead from our hearts and do the right thing always when we can influence others.

Later Chief Guest Mr. Homi R. Khusrokhan, Chairman, Indian Red Cross Society, Maharashtra State Branchgarlanded the statue of Jean Henry Dunant, Founder of Red Cross. Mr. Khusrokhan appreciated the youth for coming in large numbers to participate in the event.

Further a second interactive session “Learning Emergency Response " was taken by Dr. Anita Jain, MBBS, MHSA, PGDFM, MRCGP (INT.) First Aid trainer for IRCS Maharashtra State Branch along with a PowerPoint presentation on First Aid .She briefed youth about Road Safety Instructions by giving them group activity etc. The group activity were well presented by the youth in form of short skit. All the participants were given Certificates of Appreciation and Red Cross Cap.

On 23rd March 2023 at the request of Principal of ITM HIS College of Nursing, New Panvel, 30 students and 1 faculty visited Red Cross, Maharashtra State Branch office as part of the 4th year B.Sc. Nursing curriculum. Students were enlightened on the philosophy, mission, function and physical set up of the Indian Red Cross Society. Mr. Charles S. Pal apprised the students with visual presentations of the Red Cross Movement & the activities of Maharashtra State Branch, Mr. Bhavesh Sao – State Coordinator apprised about J/YRC activities and Mr. T. B. Sakloth, General Secretary informed them about the administration and funding aspects.
