Tree plantation program at the premises of District Divyang Rehabilitation Center, Buldhana

On 1st July 2024 tree plantation program was conducted by India Red Cross Society Buldhana District Branch in association with Apang Kalyan and Rehabilitation Centre and Art of Living under the Hon’ble Collector Dr. Kiran Patil's Green Mission Buldhana initiative at the premises of District Divyang Rehabilitation Center, Buldhana.

Dr. Chhajed, Chairman, District Divyang Rehabilitation Centre (DDRC) expressed that more than 100 trees will be planted in the premises. Plantation of trees was done by Mrs. Sheela Kiran Patil. Office bearers of Buldhana Red Cross and others were present on the occasion.

International Yoga Day celebrated on 21st June 2024

21st June 2024 International Yoga Day celebrated by Indian Red Cross Society Buldhana District Branch at Jijamata Sports Complex. Hon’ble MLA Shri Sanjay Gaikwad, Hon’ble Collector & Buldhana Red Cross President Dr. Kiran Patil, (IAS), Mr. Kuldeep Jangam, CEO Zilla Parishad, Buldhana, Mr. Sharad Patil SDO,Mr. Sunil Deore - Instructor, Art of Living, Shri. Gopal Singh Rajput - Joint Secretary, Indian Red Cross Society Buldhana District, Shri Ramrao Mule were present on the occasion.

Also a blood donation camp was organized.Dr. Vinod Jaware – Chairman, Buldhana Red Cross donated blood.

World No Tobacco Day celebrated on 31st May 2024

On 31st May 2024 on the occasion of “World No-Tobacco Day” Indian Red Cross Society Buldhana District Branch in association with Krushi Samruddhi Multipurpose Foundation organised an awareness program at One Stop Centre, Buldhana. Shri Amol Dighule – District Women & Child Welfare officer, urged the young generation to stay away from tobacco and tobacco products for healthy life. Dr. Vinod Jaware – Chairman, IRCS Buldhana District appealed to the general public to join with Red Cross for various humanitarian activities.

IRCS Buldhana District Branch formed on 10th November 2023

The Hon’ble Collector of Buldhana Dr.Kiran Patil (IAS) initiated the formation of the Indian Red Cross Society Buldhana District Branch on 10th November 2023 as per Uniform rules laid down under the IRCS Act. Office Bearers & Managing Committee Members were elected.
